The McCollum Automotive group maintains an excellent working relationship with all insurance companies. Additionally, we participate in the Direct Repair Program (DRP) with many major insurance providers, so in many cases you won’t need an adjuster. Just bring your vehicle in or conveniently drop it off using our early bird or night owl drop box. Our office staff will work directly with both you and the insurance company to ensure repairs are completed properly and in a timely manner.
