The McCollum shops maintain an excellent working relationship with all insurance companies. Additionally, we participate in the Direct Repair Program (DRP) with most major insurance providers, so in many cases you won’t need an adjuster. Just bring your vehicle in or conveniently drop it off using our early bird or night owl drop box. Because we realize the aftermath of a collision can be time-consuming, we make things as simple and as trouble-free as possible for our customers, with mobile estimates, insurance billing, free loaner vehicles, deductible financing, and 24 Hour available towing.
