I first came to see the McCollum boys 3 years ago after a drunk bicyclist gouged the side of my *parked* 2007 Honda Accord. From day one, it has been a pleasure to do business with them. So much so, that I considered getting to come see them a silver lining for the time I was re-ended in the rain and when that parking pylon jumped out of nowhere and head butted my car.. All kidding aside, they really have made dealing with the inconvenience of auto repair and maintenance so much easier. In addition to being friendly, capable, timely and doing quality work, they also have all kinds of extra perks, like free loaner cars and, get this, free details for life (4 times a year- What? - Yeah, I know, Awesome!). I have been singing their praises all over town for years and am happy to have now put it into writing.

I was feeling insecure about where I would first take my new car after it was damaged but after speaking with the staff, who are very friendly and know how to explain things well, I felt better about leaving my car for repairs. But, oh my gosh, the finished work was like brand new again and my prize vehicle was in perfect shape. I was also relieved when they gave me a free loaner and detail and guarantee for the job. I have since returned with another 'mishap' I had and received the same great service and outstanding performance..oh..and great prices too. There is no better place to go!!!
